About Muannas
House of Muannas is a Dubai-based interior design studio. We work across residential, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and corporate spaces and we approach all of them the same way: understand what the space needs to do, then design for it with care.
Qurat founded House of Muannas after more than 15 years designing interiors across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, USA and Pakistan , from healthcare clinics to retail flagships to private residences. That experience shapes how the studio works: listen first, plan carefully, and follow through on what's promised.
Muannas stays aware of what's current without chasing it. Materials, layouts, and details are chosen because they work for the space and the people using it, not because they're on trend. The result is design that holds up, both in how it looks and how it functions.
At House of Muannas, we start with the client's needs, not a fixed style, every project is grounded in what the space has to do, who it's for, and how it will be used.
This has been our approach across every project, in the region and beyond: understand the vision first, then design toward it. We look at the full picture, layout, function, identity, before any material or finish is chosen.

Muannas began as a shared venture between Qurat and Zarnaz - two founders, two friends, two disciplines, one belief: that spaces should be considered, not decorated to a trend.
Over time, that partnership found its natural shape. Qurat leads House of Muannas, focused on interior design and architecture. Zarnaz leads Muannas Atelier, focused on branding and social media. Each studio does what it does best, working independently but staying connected, because good spaces are built with the same care as good brands.
